Reading the notation
Hindustani: S R G M P D N are Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, Pa, Dha and Ni. Lowercase r, g, d, n indicate komal notes; m is tivra Ma.
A dot before a note marks the lower octave; an apostrophe marks the upper octave. Dashes show holds and an underscore marks a rest. Turn on Note details for duration and register.
Sa changes how the notes are named; it does not transpose playback. This is a synthesized pitch reference. It does not reproduce the breath, ornamentation or tuning of a played bansuri.
